Refund policy
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to the coaching, consultation, and digital services (the "Services") provided by Maria Lopez Longevity, a trading name of NutriScience Labs S.L. ("we", "us", "our"). We are a professional coaching practice, not a physical goods store, and this policy does not include terms for shipping, packaging, or the return of physical merchandise.
1. NATURE OF OUR SERVICES
Our Services consist of personalized longevity coaching, clinical interpretation, health optimization guidance, continuous coaching, digital resources, and consultations. These are professional services delivered on an ongoing or session basis. Nothing we offer is a physical product, and nothing is shipped.
2. PAYMENTS AND BILLING
Fees for our Services are charged in advance for the applicable billing period (for example, monthly, or per session or package, as specified at the time of purchase). By purchasing our Services, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for each recurring billing period until the relationship is cancelled or terminated in accordance with this policy.
3. CANCELLATION OF THE COACHING RELATIONSHIP
You may cancel your coaching relationship, and any recurring billing associated with it, at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period in which you cancel and prevents any future charges. Fees already paid for the current billing period are not refunded, except where mandatory law requires otherwise as described in Section 7. This applies regardless of how much of the current billing period's coaching has been used or is still available to you.
4. TERMINATION
Either you or Maria Lopez Longevity may terminate the coaching relationship at any time. If we terminate the relationship without cause, we will not charge you for any future billing period. If you terminate the relationship, Section 3 above applies.
5. RESCHEDULING AND MISSED SESSIONS
We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule a coaching session in line with the notice period communicated to you at the time of booking. Sessions that are missed without adequate notice are treated as used and are not eligible for a refund or credit, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
6. DIGITAL RESOURCES
Digital resources, guides, and materials provided as part of our Services are delivered electronically. Because digital content is delivered immediately and cannot be "returned" once accessed, standalone digital resources are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
7. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, under Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable Spanish law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007).
This statutory right does not apply, or may be lost, where: (a) the Services have been fully performed within the 14-day period and you expressly requested that performance begin and acknowledged you would lose your withdrawal right once performance was complete; or (b) you expressly consented to immediate access to digital content and acknowledged the resulting loss of your withdrawal right.
Nothing in this policy excludes, limits, or restricts any statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law.
8. HOW TO CANCEL OR ASK ABOUT A REFUND
To cancel your coaching relationship, cancel recurring billing, or ask a question about a payment, please contact us at hello@marialopezlongevity.com. We will confirm your cancellation and its effective date in writing.
